Happy First Day of School 2011!!!!!

The Football Team had an opening day ceremony where the team's were announced. Isaac got to bond with the team and I volunteered in the snack bar. Thank Goodness Alexis was there to take pictures for me. Isaac's football team played in a Jamboree at the beginning of the season against four other teams from around the area. It was a great experience for Isaac to see what it was going to be like on the big field.

Isaac was really proud to share the time with Grandpa as he was going through football tryouts. Grandpa got some great shots! Oh, he got on the team and plays on both the defensive and offensive line!

As you can see from the zoo, we had an extra member of the family with us. Scott was able to come and spend time Deanna while we vacationed. He came with us when we went on a hike at Hidden Falls Park in Auburn. It was beautiful but very HOT!!!! FYI: Grandpa nicknamed Deanna and Scott as the "Roadrunners" due to they kept walking so fast that they would be way ahead of us. I think they were trying to get away from us because we kept singing Girls Camp songs at the top of our lungs. HeeHee!!

It's been awhile since I have had the chance to post pictures. This summer has been really busy for us!! A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of having Mom and Dad come for a visit and we had so much fun!! The kids are still talking about it. We went to the State Fair, the Zoo, went on a hike, and the kids were able to go to Chico to see Great Grandma and Uncle Tom's family. Take a look!
